Who we are

CHANGE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL, Inc. (CMAI) was founded in 1999 in Fairfax, Virginia, as a management consulting firm with both international and domestic practice interests.

Our Change management experience includes:

·         Identification of strategic threats and opportunities, and management of the organizational response to them;

·         Development and implementation of internal and external strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve program objectives;

·         Stakeholder analysis;

·         Identification of client needs, and the design, implementation and evaluation of services to meet those needs;

·         Organizational analysis;

·         Staff development and training;

·         Supervision and coordination of multi-cultural professional staff. 

·         Resource leveraging and fundraising strategy development.
