Dr. Joseph A. Sclafani,
MBA, CMAI's president and founder, has over 25 years of domestic and
international experience in strategic planning and management, the design and

Institute. Dr.
Sclafani is certified in change management processes in accordance with Prosci methodologies and tools, and is a qualified

Dr. Valerie Weisman,
founder and CEO for Catalyst for Change Consulting and Coaching, has over 20
years experience with local, state, and federal government agencies and Fortune
500 companies providing executive and group coaching; development of
organizations, leaders, and teams; strategic planning for data-driven change;
communications and inter-agency relations; assessment and training. An International Coach Federation member and Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with post-graduate training from the College
of Executive Coaching, she is qualified to administer the MBTI®, Organization
Culture and Effectiveness Inventory, Team Management Systems, FIRO-B®, and
360-degree feedback leadership instruments. Dr. Weisman served as adjunct
faculty for leadership studies at GWU and received awards for her work in creating
organizational capability and change resilience.
Dr. Sandra (Sandy) F. Robinson
has over twenty-five years of experience working with diverse organizations in
the areas of organizational change, corporate training and education, team
development, communication, and leadership. Dr. Robinson's key areas of
expertise include conducting organizational assessments; coaching
organizational leaders; mentoring and coaching technical and functional teams;
planning communications strategies and events; managing large-scale change
projects; designing and developing training using principles of instructional
design. Dr. Robinson is a qualified practitioner of the Apter Motivational
Style Profile.
Marsha Hughes-Rease,
MSOD, partner with Dannemiller Tyson Associates, has over twenty-five years of
leadership experience and fifteen years of both internal and external
consulting experience. As a consultant to organizational leaders and management
groups, she has provided a wide range of services including large-scale organizational
change and performance improvement initiatives, strategic planning and
management, leadership and team development, conflict management, and small and
large group facilitation. Ms. Hughes-Rease has a graduate certificate in group
facilitation and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory
(MBTI®) and certified in the Benchmarks 360-degree feedback tool.
Kathleen (Kate) Trygstad, MS in Organizational Learning, is owner and principal of Creative Facilitating. She has 30 years experience in successful leadership, facilitation, organization change, team building, and training. Facilitation focuses include: envisioning new possibilities; strategic thinking; teambuilding; building on strong practices. Ms. Trygstad is a qualified practitioner of the Apter Motivational Style Profile and Leadership Style Profile, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI ®). She facilitates for George Mason University's Group Dynamics graduate class.
Phil Nimtz brings
over 20 years of experiential program design, delivery and facilitation to his
corporate and coaching clients. His
consistent focus is individual and interpersonal skills development with a

America. Mr. Nimtz is certified in the
